MBA Volunteers is the graduate student community service club of Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. We provide an important link between MSB and the Washington D.C. community by connecting MBA students with a wide range of volunteer opportunities in the local area.

We serve as a liaison for community service organizations, provide the MSB community with information about service opportunities, and coordinate volunteer events.

We also work with other MSB clubs and organizations to plan recurring volunteer events and maintain an extensive database of volunteer organizations and upcoming community events.

Prior Events, Initiatives, and Partnerships Include:

  • Capital Area Food Bank
  • DC Central Kitchen
  • Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC)
  • Toys for Tots
  • Habitat for Humanity
  • Georgetown U4 Basketball Tournament
  • Bone Marrow Registration
  • Graduation Cap and Gown Fundraiser
  • Book and Food Drives

Signature Initiative:  MSB Month of Volunteerism (MOV) Cohort Challenge

Each year, we help to organize a competition between MBA cohorts to see which cohort can volunteer the most hours during the month of November.
